To Do List
Additions and revisions to be made after marching band season
This applies to all competition trips for Marching Band.

At the beginning of the season
1 Order AAA trip tics for truck drivers for each trip
2 Work with the section leaders to make a truck inventory and diagram of pit lay out
3 Ensure pit crew has a first aide kit
4 Check to be sure we have enough shock cords and straps.
5. Ensure that there are enough people to get the pit on the field and off the field quickly
6 Time how long it takes the pit to get on and off the field

For each trip
1. Bring water for pit and pit crew
2. Ensure that there is a tool kit and flashlight with each trip
3. Check inventory list while loading truck
4. Keep a set of emergency forms with the pit at all times.
