 | Find out when the buses are to depart.
(The kids usually get
there an hour prior). You should have the parents there about
20-30 minutes prior. At least the
coordinator should be there 30 minutes before departure. |
 | The students don't wear uniforms, but will need
ponchos if the weather is inclement. |
 | There should be at least two parents per bus.
 | 2002 – 2003 2 – 3 busses per game. |

 | Parents make sure they have a written role sheet
prior to leaving CHS and:
 | The names are real. |
 | The number of names = the number of students.

 | IMPORTANT:
Bring the trip and medical slips. They are in a notebook and ready to
go.

 | While the kids are grouped, during the game, some
parents shall stay while others can grab a bite and switch. |
 | During half time and the 3rd period the kids can
be up and about, or as advised by Mr. Taylor
 | Some parents will stay and watch over the
instruments, others can mingle in crowds and help get kids back to the
stands when due. |
 | Just check with KT on what he wants. That's a
good rule of thumb. |

 | The kids must come back on the bus they went on.
We don't have time for switching. They can switch for the next game. |
 | Take roll and take off once everyone
is accounted for. |
