Away Game Coordinator

MB Away game coordinator

bulletFind out when the buses are to depart.  (The kids usually get there an hour prior).  You should have the parents there about 20-30 minutes prior.  At least  the coordinator should be there 30 minutes before departure.
bulletThe students don't wear uniforms, but will need ponchos if the weather is inclement.
bulletThere should be at least two parents per bus.
bullet2002 – 2003 2 – 3 busses per game.
bulletParents make sure they have a written role sheet prior to leaving CHS and:
bulletThe names are real.
bulletThe number of names = the number of students.
bulletIMPORTANT:  Bring the trip and medical slips.  They are in a notebook and ready to go.
bulletWhile the kids are grouped, during the game, some parents shall stay while others can grab a bite and switch.
bulletDuring half time and the 3rd period the kids can be up and about, or as advised by Mr. Taylor
bulletSome parents will stay and watch over the instruments, others can mingle in crowds and help get kids back to the stands when due.
bulletJust check with KT on what he wants.  That's a good rule of thumb.
bulletThe kids must come back on the bus they went on.  We don't have time for switching.  They can switch for the next game.
bulletTake roll and take off once everyone is accounted for.
